This coffee bringing out a juicy sweetness that reminds us of summer fruit stands, rose bouquets, and dark chocolate truffles.
Using our single-origin beans that claimed 3rd place at the prestigious 2025 Golden Bean roasting competition.
The Process
This coffee was grown in Bener Meriah, Sumatra, Indonesia, a region known for its rich volcanic soils and cool mountain climate.
Ripe Typica and Catimor cherries were anaerobically co-fermented with lychee in sealed tanks before being slowly dried.
This experimental style of processing accentuates bright stone-fruit sweetness, layered florals, and a silky, honey-dew–like finish while preserving the structure and balance needed for espresso.
