Kaizen & Coffee
Named after the Japanese business philosophy of kaizen (continuous improvement) and owners Jason and Shane's son, Kaizen & Coffee is a San Mateo specialty cafe dedicated to constantly refining the coffee experience.
They feature rotating single-origin beans alongside a creative, culturally inspired menu showcasing house-made signature lattes like Miso Caramel and Black Sesame.
Kinhfolk
Kinhfolk is a Brooklyn based coffee shop known for its Vietnamese signature coffee, crafted with specialty robusta beans sourced directly from Vietnam.
Their goal is to bring the authenticity of Vietnamese coffee to New York City.

Based in Kansas City, Origin: Cội Nguồn Coffeehouse is a beautiful celebration of Vietnamese heritage and community. Founded by Nhung Hoang, the shop’s name translates to "origin" and "roots"—a reflection of holding onto one's heritage. By pairing a deeply welcoming space with traditional staples like egg coffee and salt coffee, they bring an authentic taste of Vietnamese coffee culture to the Midwest. We are incredibly proud to partner with a team so dedicated to honoring their roots and bringing people together.
