Story Intro

 

This lot from the highlands of Mangshi expresses a vibrant intersection of specialty coffee and traditional Chinese tea culture. The cup presents a silky structure with floral aromatics reminiscent of peach blossoms and the elegant finish of lightly oxidized oolong tea.

Roasted carefully to preserve clarity and layered sweetness, this coffee shines beautifully as both pour over and modern espresso.  It reminds us of Oolong Peach Milk tea when milk is added.
