A rare Liberica cultivar, and one of Vietnam’s most unique and expressive coffees from Quảng Trị Province.  This small-lot “Cutie” Liberica is processed using extended anaerobic fermentation, bringing out bold aromatics and a flavor profile unlike Arabica or Robusta.Expect a cup with jackfruit, bubblegum, root beer, peach tea, finishing with warm roasted almond tones. This coffee represents the new wave of experimental Vietnamese Liberica, grown by producer 96B.
