Grind: Medium Course (Course Sand)
Water(gm/ml): 220 g
Water Temp: 190 F
* First pour (Bloom): 50 g
* Second pour: 100 g water
* Third pour: 70 g water

Total Brew Time: 4-5 mins

Steps

1. Lay the mesh disk facing down (both side the same) in the Phin and place the Phin on the Base Plate.

2. Pour ground coffee into the Phin and place the Phin on the Base Plate

3. Place the Base Plate and the Phin on top of the glass.

4. First Pour: pour 50 g water in slow circular motion , bloom for 1min sec.
Second Pour: At 1 min, slow circular pour for 100 g water in 1 min.
Third Pour: At 2:00 min, circular pour 70 g water
